Charlotte is the gatekeeper to the library of remembering. I met her in a waking dream where I found myself trapped a giant birdcage while she was standing free upon a stack of books I was to one day write.
She wears the key to the library around her neck but the key to cage is within me (or so she says).
Since then she has come to me in countless night and waking dreams offering neutral guidance, sage wisdom, and sideways glances. Her message is always this: it is through your remembering that you set yourself free.
