This website is owned and operated by Amanda Lux doing business as Amanda Lux, Earth In Heart and/or Elevation Hive, herby referred to as "us" or "we".  By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy.

Any recommendations or suggestions you receive from us are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, medical treatment, psychological or physiological. Amanda is not a doctor and does not diagnose. Please seek the advice of your qualified health care provider or physician with any questions you may have regarding any symptom or medical condition. Never disregard professional or medical advice or delay in seeking treatment because of something Amanda shares in a session or that you have read on Amandalux.com.

We do not recommend or endorse any specific tests, products, or procedures. Reliance on any information provided by us or other visitors to Amandalux.com is to be used or taken solely at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before a treatment, you the client will not be charged. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the treatment unless you are ill or discover any contagious conditions, you will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of $40 for each hour cancelled. This cancellation fee may be waived at Amanda Lux's discretion. 

Amanda Lux has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours notice unless she becomes ill or injured in which case Amanda Lux reserves the right to cancel at any time.  

All appointments last only the length of time they are scheduled for. If you arrive late to your appointment, Amanda Lux will not go overtime unless other arrangements are made.

Nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you. All information contained herein shall be used at your own discretion and is not intended as medical advice. We are not responsible for your health or well being. You agree to consult your healthcare providers in regards to anything you choose to do.

In no event shall Amanda Lux, Earth In Heart, Elevation Hive nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or any services, treatments or courses, whether such liability is under contract.
